Woohoo! Look at this – an early comic! Fire and brimstone shall fall as the five horsemen of Plague, Famine, War, Death, and Cliché ride across the blazing sky!

*ahem*

But seriously folks,

Welcome back to Average Joe for another week! :) This week sees a return to Joe’s tale of how he became a superhero and where he got his powers: I promise that the next few weeks will bring a few laughs with them, too! ;)

For those of you who come here from Facebook, you might notice the crowd scene in panel 4 seems very familiar after my shout-out for costume ideas a couple of weeks ago – thanks to everyone who sent me through an idea, it was all much appreciated! See if you can guess who’s who in the comments ;-)

Comic is being posted early today as I’m about to leave the house now (9:00am) and don’t expect I’ll be back until sometime between 11:00 and 12:00 pm…have a full day of concert attending and performing with my choir group, including the world premiere of a new choral work composed by a Geelong-based composer! So if anyone reads this before 4:00pm and is filled with the burning desire to hear something fantastic, head down to St. Paul’s Anglican church in Geelong ;-)

Well, that’s all from me for this fine morning – hope you guys enjoy the comic and will see you back here next week! :)
